The difference between closed cooling tower and open cooling tower
1 Open cooling tower’s cooling principle:
circulating water spray on the glass fiber packing,the water meet with the air,to reach the heat exchange.Then the fan make the air circulation in the tower,take the heat away after transfer the heat with water,so as to the cooling effection.
The open cooling tower type,first investment is low,but higher operating cost such as the water cost and electric consumption.
2 The closed cooling tower cooling principle:
There are two circulations:the one is the inner circulation,the other is the outer circulation.
(1)the inner circulation: the closed cooling tower contact with device object,form a closed loop system(the circulation medium is soft water),to cool down the device object.
(2)the outer circulation:in the closed cooling tower,the circulation cool down the cooling tower itself,which would not contact with the inner circulation water.Heat exchang only pass through the cooling coil,in this way,through the automatic control,it set the motor running according to the water temperature.
The two cooling circulation,in spring and summer the high enviroment temperature,need work together.in autumn and winter the low enviroment temperature,need only one cooling circulation in most cases.
